　　 近日，由农业农村部指导、广东省主办的2020世界数字农业大会、第十九届广东种业博览会在广州开幕。农业农村部总农艺师、办公厅主任广德福出席开幕式并致辞。

　　广德福指出，数字农业是国家农业现代化的重要标志，近年来农业农村部大力推进数字技术在农业农村应用，在农业产业数字化、缩小城乡数字鸿沟、发展新产业新业态等方面取得明显成效；大力实施育种研发计划、遗传改良计划和新品种培育等重大专项，推动国家现代种业产业园建设，成立现代种业发展基金，鼓励支持企业研发创新，现代种业发展取得可喜成绩。

　　广德福表示，面对全面实施乡村振兴战略、加快农业农村现代化的新形势新任务，今后农业农村部将进一步夯实发展基础，实施重大项目，强化创新引领，深化国际合作，把握发展机遇，充分释放数字农业和现代种业发展红利，抢占数字农业和种业发展制高点，推动农业农村高质量发展。

　　开幕式现场还发布了数字农业十大创新案例、数字农业先锋企业先锋人物，举行了数字农业战略合作云签约仪式等活动。
